Join Chris and Karen each Monday for a by-donation meditation in the morning (8:30am – 9am) and evening (7:45pm – 8:30pm). Sit with the support gained in a shared space, held by each other, the sangha. Each class will begin with a short guided introduction to help cultivate the right attitude and effort for your meditation.
Meditations will be between 20-30 minutes (depending on the morning or evening sit). This practice is suitable for all ranges of experience. If you are new to meditation, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can meet you for a few minutes before class to give you a brief introduction to the practice.
What to bring? At the studio we are stocked with meditation cushions, benches and all the props you may need. Just wear comfortable clothing.
