Hatha Core

Hatha Core is a balanced hatha yoga class with a specific core focus. Physically, your core is your power center: it is the area of your abdomen, back, buttocks, upper hamstrings, pelvic floor, and hip flexors. Each of these areas will be targeted and, subtly, your confidence and attributes you hold as important or meaningful.

Learn how each posture can be a “core” posture and how moving at a slower pace can help build core strength, awareness and stability. Explore how breath can support and strengthen the core as well.
