What do I need to bring to class?

What to Wear

The most important thing is to wear clothing that you can move comfortably in (stretchy apparel, t-shirt, shorts, etc). In the studio you will be barefoot so the soles of your feet can grip the mat. In the winter, a long sleeved shirt and socks are recommended for the end of class where we relax in a reclined pose on our mats.

Water

We encourage you to bring water to the studio to stay hydrated. We have a water cooler in the reception area, so you can fill your own water bottles.

Yoga Mat

Most students bring their own yoga mat, but we have mats in the studio that are available for you to use at no charge.
