This depends on a few factors including your current level of physical well-being, body awareness, and what you are wanting to gain from your yoga practice. We recommend that you start with our Yoga 101 program, a five class workshop series to cover the basic postures, and to gain a basic understanding of yogic philosophy. Yoga 101 sessions begin regularly, but don’t delay to register because they sell out quickly.
You are also welcome to drop into any multi-level class, such as our Hatha or Candlelight Hatha classes. Here
After a few Hatha classes, you may want to try our Hatha Flow classes which incorporate more movement between sequenced poses.
