Everybody is different. The number of times you practice yoga a week depends on many things including the other physical activity you engage in, your state of health and the amount of free time you have. However many classes you choose to take, we do recommend that you set up a regular schedule week-to-week. This will allow to you witness a progression in your practice, and will allow your body and mind to become settled so you can achieve greater benefits from yoga.
Although yoga is designed to be a daily practice, Hatha yoga is a physical expression of yoga, and your body will need to rest between classes. After a higher intensity class like Hatha Flow, you may want to rest the next day or take a Gentle Hatha, Candlelight or Yin yoga class.
The most important things is that you listen to your body, and stay aware to the changes that your whole being will progress through while practicing yoga, both during class and outside the studio. If you are coming more than 2 times a week, you should consider an unlimited membership for the best value.
